The Role of Accounting Information Systems in Enhancing Human Resources Management Cycle

This study explores the role of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in enhancing the Human Resources Management (HRM) cycle. Integrating AIS has brought about a pivotal shift in how organizations approach their HRM cycle, leveraging technology to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. This study provides an overview of AIS, the HRM cycle, and the relationship between AIS and HRM. It also highlights previous studies on the role of AIS in enhancing HRM and emphasizes the system’s multifaceted roles in supporting business operations. The study concludes that AIS significantly transforms HRM practices, improves transparency and accountability, and promotes strategic decision-making processes.
